As trainers it’s inevitable that we come across clients with back pain and it can be a scary experience for both the client and the trainer. Ben’s seminar seminar gave us the confidence that we can guide and support those clients in an effective, evidence-based way, whilst staying inside our scope of practice.
We use what we’ve learned on a near-daily basis at AKR Fitness and have even developed a mini back pain e-course for our clients off the back of it. »
